IV.- About the return of the product.
IV.1.-The customer will send an e-mail to the following account: email@example.com, communicating his/her intention to return the product within a period no longer thn 7 days from the date on which it was received.
IV.2.- The product must be returned in the same state it was delivered, accompanied by the invoice or purchase note, and all the accessories accompanying the product to the following address: Av 3 #72-7, Colonia San Pedro de los Pinos, C.P. 03800, Delegación Benito Juárez, México, D.F. with the notice “online store”.
IV.3.- The shipping of the product is exclusively charged to the customer for an amount of $17.00 which will be deducted from the amount of the refund and must occur within 7 days from the delivery date.
IV.4.- Returns will only be accepted after receipt of the communication stated in IV.1.
IV.5.- The return will be made only after having received and analyzed the conditions of the returned product. If there is any irregularity, such as damages, indications of use or lack of accessories, VEOVEO can not accept the product back and it will be forwarded to the customer, without prior notice.
IV.6.- Once the return has been accepted, VEOVEO will credit the cost of the product less the shipping cost in a coupon that will be sent to the customer and which can be used in future purchases on the site.
V.- Change of Size or Model
V.1.- The customer may change the size or model of the product by courier, only within the Mexican Republic.
V.2.- The customer will send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org communicating the intention to change the product within a period no longer than 7 days from the date on which the product was received.
V.3.- The product must be sent in the same state in which it was delivered, accompanied by the invoice or purchase note and all the accessories accompanying it to the following address: Av.3 #72-7, Colonia San Pedro de los Pinos, C.P. 03800, Delegación Benito Juárez, México, D.F., with the notice “online store”.
V.4.- The shipping of the product is exclusively charged to the customer for an amount of $12.00 which will have to be paid within a period of 7 days counted from the sending of the e-mail requesting the change and according to the options referred to in III of these terms and conditions. Without this payment the product will not be resent.
V.5.- The changes of size and model are only accepted after the e-mail mentioned in V.1 was sent. The change will be made only after having received the product and analized its conditions. If any irregularity is found such as damages, indications of use or lack of accessories, VEOVEO may not accept the change, returning the product to the customer, without previous notice.
V.6.- The customer will have to notify as soon as possible about his/her intention to change the product so that VEOVEO can guarantee the existence of the same model and size the change requires. The foregoing is subject to the terms and conditions settled in this section. VEOVEO is not obliged to have the model and size of the product changed.
V.7.- As our purpose is to offer the best assistance possible, customers can request the product change communicating it to email@example.com

VI.- Defective product change.
VI.1.- The customer can request a change of product due to manufacturing defects, in such case, customers must call the following number: (01-52)55 6821 8778 to make sure there is stock and/or to the following e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
VI.2.- If there is no stock, the customer may request the refund of the product cost.
VI.3.- Validity: the validity to claim a refund for manufacturing defects is for a period no longer than 7 days after receiving the product, there being no extensions.
VII.- General conditions for returns or change of the product, with or without defect.
VII.1.- In the case of return or change of the product, this will not be made until VEOVEO has physically received the item at the before mentioned address.
VII.2.- If the item arrives in a bad condition, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.
VII.3.- If the customer requires an invoice, this should be requested at the time of the purchase as no invoices will be given out of time.
